Gwen and Matthew Needham welcome you to stay in one of their outstanding period country cottages providing self catering accommodation in a beautiful rural location close to the sea. Situated in the South Hams area of Devon, between Salcombe and Dartmouth, just outside the village of Stokenham, close to Kingsbridge in an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wealth of excellent pubs and fine restaurants.

Old Cotmore Farm has a history dating back to the 16th century and stands in it's own grounds of 22 acres which include the owners barn and a small touring caravan park.

The popular beaches at Torcross, Beesands and Slapton Sands are connected by a costal path which is only 1 mile from the cottages.

This is a true haven for walking and bird watching. Outside the main season the cottages are available to rent for short breaks and romantic weekends.

All three cottages have a private garden and are children and dog friendly. Log fires for the winter and BBQ's for the summer.

The cottages are an ideal base for family holidays with many attractions and activities available including sailing, wind surfing, fishing, golf and boating.

The cottages are fully equiped and have recently been refurbished and decorated to a high standard with most bedrooms having ensuite bath or shower.

Catherine's Cottage sleeps 8/10 and Keepers sleeps 4/5. The cottages are attached so parties of up to 15 people can be accomodated. Daisy's Cottage sleeps 2/5 people.
